Social Security Claiming Experts (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a private, US-based consulting firm providing Social Security claiming strategy analysis.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Social Security Administration (SSA) or any government agency.
Our services provide education and analysis only. We do not provide:
- Investment advice
- Legal advice
- Tax advice
- Financial product
- recommendations
- Wealth management
- Insurance sales
Clients should consult their CPA, financial advisor, or legal counsel for tax, legal, or investment matters.
2. Services Provided
We provide analytical and educational Social Security claiming guidance, including:
- Reviewing earnings histories and SSA statements
- Identifying claiming options and eligibility rules
- Modeling alternative filing ages and household strategies
- Estimating projected lifetime income
- Providing written strategies and step-by-step filing guidance
We Do Not:
- File applications with the SSA
- Guarantee specific outcomes or future benefit amounts
- Represent clients in communications with the SSA
- Provide tax, legal, or investment advice
- Update your plan if laws change in the future
You are solely responsible for submitting your SSA application.
3. Client Responsibilities & Data Accuracy
To ensure accurate analysis, you agree to:
- Provide complete and truthful information
- Upload SSA.gov statements and XML files when requested
- Provide your best estimate of maximum life expectancy
- Notify us of relevant changes (marital status, benefits, income, etc.)
We rely entirely on the accuracy of your data.
We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect, outdated, or incomplete information provided by you or contained in your SSA statement.
4. Refund Policy (“No-Risk Promise”)
A. Before Analysis Begins
If we determine that your situation is straightforward and unlikely to benefit from advanced analysis, we will issue a full refund.
B. After Analysis or Consultation
Once any of the following occur, fees become non-refundable
- Your consultation occurs
- Your analysis or report is delivered
- Significant time or expertise has been applied
Fees compensate for expert analysis and intellectual property.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for your session
We are not responsible for:
- SSA processing delays, miscalculations, or system errors
- Future changes to Social Security rules, laws, or benefit formulas
- Your misunderstanding or misapplication of the strategy
- Technical issues with uploads or third-party platforms
Implementation Responsibility
You acknowledge that:
- You are solely responsible for filing your claim with the SSA
- We are not liable for incorrect filing dates, incorrect selections on SSA forms, missed deadlines, or miscommunications with the SSA
Use of our services is at your own discretion and risk.
6. Accuracy of Information & Legislative Changes
Our analysis is based on:
- SSA publications
- Current rules and regulations
- Public actuarial data
- Professional-grade modeling tools
However:
- SSA rules change frequently
- Future law changes may materially alter optimal strategies
We have no obligation to update your strategy report after delivery.
7. Additional Terms for Financial Advisors
If you are a financial advisor using our services:
- We process your clients’ data only for generating the purchased reports
- We do not contact, solicit, or market to your clients
- Your client relationships remain 100% yours
Advisor Responsibility
Our reports are analytical tools—not comprehensive financial plans.
You retain full fiduciary and regulatory responsibility for:
- All recommendations made to end clients
- All tax, investment, retirement, or insurance advice
- Compliance with SEC, FINRA, state, or insurance regulations
We do not assume fiduciary status for advisors.
8. Governance & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of Cook County, Illinois, unless prohibited by applicable law.
