Refund Policy & No-Risk Promise

Our Philosophy

We believe you should pay only for value. Our refund policy is designed to be transparent, fair, and easy to understand before you book a consultation with Social Security Claiming Experts.

We offer two types of paid consultations:

  • 20-Minute Claiming Assessment — $45
  • Full Strategy Sessions — $495 for individuals / $895 for couples

Each has a different purpose, so the refund rules are slightly different.

1. 20-Minute Claiming Assessment

The 20-Minute Claiming Assessment is a focused diagnostic consultation. It is designed to help identify your key Social Security claiming issues, explain the major tradeoffs, and recommend the right next step.

If you complete the assessment and choose not to move forward with a full Strategy Session, the $45 assessment fee is not refundable. You received the consultation and may decide that it gave you the clarity you needed.

If your situation calls for deeper analysis and you book a full Strategy Session within 14 days, your $45 assessment fee will be credited toward the full session price.

That means:

  • Individual Strategy Session: $495 less the $45 credit = $450 balance
  • Couples Strategy Session: $895 less the $45 credit = $850 balance

The assessment fee is not credited if a full Strategy Session is booked more than 14 days after the assessment.

2. No-Risk Promise for Full Strategy Sessions

Our No-Risk Promise applies to full Strategy Sessions.

If our preliminary review shows that your situation is simple and unlikely to benefit meaningfully from a full professional analysis, we will:

  • Contact you before the session
  • Explain our findings
  • Cancel the appointment
  • Issue a full refund

We do not want to charge you for a full Strategy Session unless we believe we can provide meaningful value.

3. Post-Consultation Policy

Once a full Strategy Session has been completed and/or your Strategy Report has been delivered, fees become non-refundable. This reflects the professional time, analysis, and intellectual property provided.

Once a 20-Minute Claiming Assessment has been completed, the $45 assessment fee is also non-refundable because the consultation service has been provided.

4. Rescheduling, Cancellations, and No-Shows

20-Minute Claiming Assessment

You may reschedule your assessment one time at no additional cost if you provide more than 24 hours’ notice. If you cancel more than 24 hours before the appointment, you may receive a refund or reschedule the assessment. Missed appointments and cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are not refundable because the time was reserved for you. If you miss your assessment, you may book a new assessment at the regular $45 fee.

Full Strategy Sessions

You may reschedule a full Strategy Session at no charge if you provide more than 24 hours’ notice. If you cancel more than 24 hours before the appointment, you may receive a full refund. Because we understand that sometimes life happens or an appointment is forgotten, missed full Strategy Sessions may be rescheduled for a $50 rebooking fee. This fee helps cover the reserved analyst time.

5. Satisfaction Review

If you believe we overlooked important information or made an error in our analysis, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days. We will re-review your case and make every reasonable effort to resolve your concern.
