Only Ray R. Harris, RSSA®, and other certified analysts at The Claiming Experts who are directly involved in your case may access your documents. We never share your data with unrelated third parties

Secure Documents
Your Social Security data (including SSA XML files) is transferred using industry-standard 256-bit encrypted file protection—the same level widely used by financial institutions.
After your support window ends, these raw files are permanently deleted following our Data Retention Policy
We retain only your Strategy Report—not your raw SSA data.
No Password Requests
We will never ask you for:
- Your SSA.gov login
- Banking or investment passwords
- Your full Social Security Number
- Any credential that could expose your accounts
Your uploads occur through a secure, encrypted portal.
For Financial Advisors
When an advisor submits a client’s information, we process that data solely for the purpose of preparing the purchased analysis. We do not contact, solicit, or market to your clients, and we do not retain raw SSA data beyond the designated retention window.
Your client relationship remains completely yours.
