Refund Policy & No-Risk Promise

Our Philosophy
We believe you should pay only for value. Our No-Risk Promise ensures transparency and fairness so you can feel confident in your decision to work with us.
1. The No-Risk Promise (Pre-Analysis)
If our preliminary review shows that your situation is simple and unlikely to benefit meaningfully from professional analysis (for example, no alternative claiming options exist), we will:
- Contact you before the session
- Explain our findings
- Cancel the appointment
- Issue a full refund immediately
We do not want to charge you unless we can provide real value.
2. Post-Consultation Policy
Once your Strategy Session is completed and/or your Strategy Report has been delivered, fees become non-refundable. This reflects the professional time, analysis, and intellectual property provided.
3. Rescheduling & Cancellations
- Rescheduling: No charge if rescheduled more than 24 hours in advance.
- Cancellations: Full refund if canceled more than 24 hours before the appointment.
- No-Shows: Because we understand that sometimes “life happens” or an appointment is forgotten, we will reschedule all no-shows for a modest $50 rebooking fee. We never penalize honest mistakes—this fee simply covers the reserved analyst time.
4. Satisfaction Review
If you believe we overlooked important information or made an error in our analysis, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days. We will re-review your case and make every effort to resolve concerns.
